We are a group of health professionals, focused on promoting well-being from an integral point of view. The double choice of the therapeutic bond is of great importance, they chose us to accompany them in this process, and we will be there in a humane, close and multidisciplinary way.
What are we looking for?
We seek that people manage to go through different situations with professional and individualized support; as well as, develop their maximum potential at an interpersonal and intrapersonal level, through various resources and tools that lead to transform the vision they have about them and their environment.

I am Tatiana Assis! Co-founder of EsCiencia.
I was born in Brazil, but I have lived in Peru for many years. If you know me, you know that I went from being a fairly structured person to finding balance in my life. I am captivated by nature, a good coffee, wines, listening to podcasts, reading, talking ("no hairs on the tongue"), watching movies while eating chocolate and canchita. One of my pillars is the family. Not just the blood one, but other very special people I met along the way.

I have always been passionate about studies and physical activity. I love diversity. I studied Medicine, and over the years with my experiences with both patients and personal, I realized that our body is totally interconnected. I then found my purpose and decided to dedicate myself to Integrative Medicine.

For me, health must be individualized and comprehensive. A team that works in a multidisciplinary way is essential. This is how EsCiencia was born. With that passion for my profession, that desire to teach but also to learn. To see the human in its entirety. I am happy to have this space where we can all continue to evolve as unique people.

I am Lia Crovetto! co-founder of EsCiencia.
Psychologist by profession, but also daughter, sister and recently wife; my family is and always will be my motive. A few years ago I made a promise to a very special person, who today takes care of me from heaven; I told him that I would give my life so that this world is a world where we can all live, without labels or stigmas.

I graduated from Clinical Psychology and specialized as a TRE psychotherapist, but I am a firm believer that my life experiences today are my greatest learning. After applying it in my life and verifying it in the stories of my patients, I understood that following reason is not always enough; mind, soul, and body are interconnected and true evolution meets comprehensive change.

In 2020, amid much chaos and uncertainty in the world, I met 3 people and wonderful professionals who thought, felt, and wanted the same as me. What began as daily virtual conversations, with a glass of wine in hand, ended up being MAGIC and thus, EsCiencia was born.

I am Paola Mendoza! Co-founder of EsCiencia.
People who know me know that I really like to laugh at life or with life, and if you hear me laugh, I will probably infect you with laughter. I love reading because in each book I find a new world in which to immerse myself and fill my head with adventures. Sometimes I like to get carried away by my imagination and create different stories. I long with all my heart, one day, to be able to write a book.

Sport has always been part of my life, and as such it has contributed a lot to my personal training. Values ​​such as commitment and perseverance drive me every day to fight to achieve my goals. I do not tend to give up easily, because I have learned that enjoyment is not in success, but in the effort and effort that I put into the path.

I studied psychology and I am a TRE psychotherapist, I love what I do and I enjoy every moment with my patients. I am Begoña Aliaga! Co-founder of EsCiencia.
Since I was a child I grew up knowing the world through my eyes. I was a little shy girl, so as much as I wanted to express myself, words were not my specialty. There I learned to observe the world around me and to find people who, upon entering my life, risked knowing my inner world together with me. These are the people who become the light in my life because they illuminate that shy girl who until today is a part of me, and give her strength to move forward. Seeing them happy makes me happy.
I studied psychology, where I not only met amazing friends, but also learned to see people, including myself, with a more open and flexible gaze. I believe that beauty is in our differences and it is these that make us complement each other. And that mistakes only make us better versions of ourselves.

Daughter of divorced parents, I went to different psychologists, until I came to the one who has accompanied me for many years. It is the therapy time that helped me to grow in various ways and fulfilled me fully. Knowing that now I have the opportunity to help others as I was helped, is something that surpasses my heart of gratitude and love.
